The Obi Emelonye Foundation and the Nollywood factory has produced a medical drama masterpiece which could be said to an attempt to do something like Grey’s Anatomy or the Good Doctor.
The series centers around Dr. Sydney Balogun, a junior doctor, who has just returned from New York to get more field experience and also to run away from a failed relationship with his girlfriend.
He finds a job at a hi-tech hospital creaking under the weight of many impoverished patients with different forms of ailments.
Dr. Balogun will try to help as many of these hopeless cases as possible while dealing with the challenges of living in Africa as a Medical Doctor.
