ACCRA, GHANA—My new book, Gifts That Keep Giving is set to be released on Tuesday November 20, 2018. It is my expectation that this book will be received and related to as a Christmas present from me to you and from you to people you care about.

Get yours on day one

We have decided to release it in a way that is convenient to all. You don’t have to go through the inconvenience of leaving behind all your tasks and dragging yourself to a particular location. It is easy to be part of it wherever you are or will be on the day of release.

All it takes is for you to call us and pre-order. We shall register your order and ensure that we deliver the book to you – wherever you are in Ghana. We can also deliver to others on your behalf. Arrangements can be made for your orders to be shipped to international destinations too.

About the book

Gifts That Keep Giving focuses on how each one of us can identify and use our gifts, skills and abilities in ways that add value to our work and give us a sense of purpose and fulfillment. The 66-page book is presented in four chapters.

In Chapter One, titled Something Inside So Strong, I take time to establish in clear and practical ways the necessity of gifts in our personal development drive. Everybody has a gift that can and must be used for significant impact. A gift is a notable capacity, talent or endowment. It is your fundamental competence upon which you can build other competencies to make you effective and relevant in your field of endeavor.

The plot continues in Chapter Two where I drill deeper on what a gift is and how each one of us can identity our unique gift. I pay attention to five factors in our lives that point us to our gifts. I cover all these under the title How To Identify Your Gift.

However, identifying your gift does not automatically lead to its effective use. So in Chapter Three, I demonstrate How To Use Your Gift. This has also been packed into six connected chambers – embrace, engage, exercise, express, expand, and extend.

The final strand is Chapter Four, which is about branding – How To Brand Your Gift. I wrote this chapter because I have learnt through experience and observation that using your gift will not necessarily gain traction. But if you adopt an effective strategy, you will prevail in your field of endeavor. By using the five pillars of branding espoused in the book, I am confident that your diligence in the use of your gift and skills shall be crowned with success.

The book is suitable for a broad range of people – professionals, executives, amateurs and even students. Although the tone of writing is friendly, simple and conversational, the message is sophisticated and significant.
