Reshuffle: Bryan Acheampong to head Agric while KT replaces Alan

Stephen Amoah also goes to the Trade Ministry as a deputy.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has finally made some changes to his cabinet by appointing KT Hammond, a member of parliament for Adansi Asokwa, to the Trade and Industry Ministry in Alan Kyerematen’s place.

Bryan Acheampong, a member of parliament from the Abetifi Constituency, has also been chosen to lead the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, and Osei Bonsu Amoah, a member of parliament from Akwapim South, has been chosen to serve as Minister of State in the Ministry of Local Government.

Stephen Amoah, a former MASLOC boss and member of parliament for Nhyiaeso, has been proposed as the deputy trade minister.

At the Finance Ministry, Mohammed Amin Adam has also been promoted to the position of Minister of State to replace Charles Adu Boahen.

Also, former Director-General of the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA), Stephen Asamoah-Boateng, has been appointed as the new Minister of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs.

Herbert Krapa, a deputy minister for trade, is now a deputy minister in the energy ministry.
