PwC Invites Applications for Strategic Roles in Resource Investment and Infrastructure Development

PwC Ghana announces job openings for strategic leadership and technical roles in administration, compliance, resource management, and cybersecurity to support long-term national value creation.

On behalf of a leading client focused on managing and investing revenues derived from natural resources, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Ghana is inviting applications from experienced professionals to fill key vacancies. The client is dedicated to long-term value creation through strategic investments, infrastructure development, and wealth preservation for future generations.

The vacancies open for application are:

Head of Administration

The Head of Administration will oversee and manage administrative operations including Facility Management, Travel & Logistics, and Fleet Management. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Deputy CEO, the role requires a minimum of 10 years of progressive administrative experience, with at least 5 years in leadership. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is mandatory, while a Master’s degree and professional certifications are highly desirable.

Deputy Technical Manager

Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, the Deputy Technical Manager will provide expert analysis and oversight of technical operations, investment assessments, and compliance monitoring. Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in mining operations, mineral resource evaluation, or technical due diligence, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. A Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields is required.

Legal and Compliance Officer

The Legal and Compliance Officer will support the Senior Legal Officer in providing legal advice, drafting agreements, conducting due diligence, and monitoring regulatory developments. Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), be a member of the Ghana Bar Association, and have a minimum of three years’ legal practice experience, preferably in corporate or investment-related law.

Cyber and Network Security Officer

Responsible for protecting the organisation’s information systems and digital assets, the Cyber and Network Security Officer will design, implement, and monitor security frameworks. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity, and certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CCNA Security.
