Afrocurve is that picture, as an app. It is digital susu for Ghana: you choose how often you want to save, you sit in a Curve with people on the same rhythm, contributions leave your wallet on schedule, and when it is your turn the payout lands back in MoMo or bank accounts. No group hunting. No collector to chase.

A Curve is a circle with seats. You pick a frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly — and a contribution level. Daily starts at ₵10. Weekly and monthly go higher. Afrocurve places you with others on that same band, or you walk in with an invite.

Friends join with a code such as AC-455640, or a link you can copy and share. While the circle is still filling, the status card is blunt: 3 of 5 joined. 2 more members to start. When seats are full, first contributions begin shortly. Once it is running, you see which payout you are on — Payout 2 of 5 — and when your own turn is expected.

The circle total sits on the same screen as the invite. You see what the group has put in so far, and what you have contributed yourself. That is the susu ledger, live.

If a circle is already full, you can sit on the waiting list and take a seat when the current round finishes. Curveballs are open seats you can jump into without waiting for your own group to form.

Home opens on your susu balance. Fund the wallet from the app, keep enough in it for the contribution that is due, and let the Curve take its cut on schedule. Activity is the money trail: wallet funding, contributions, payouts.

When it is your turn, the payout hits the wallet first. From there you send it to a MoMo or bank account you control. The Payout screen is where that destination lives — not a collector’s number, not a group treasurer’s personal line.

Identity is Ghana Card: number, name, a live card photo, a live selfie. That gate protects wallet funding, Curves, and payouts. You register with a Ghana phone number, verify with a one-time code, and lock the account with a PIN. On Android you can open the app with fingerprint or face.

Afrocurve is a digital susu platform, not a bank. Wallet funds are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance. Contribute amounts you can afford.

A Curve is not only money moving. Members show as a list: name, seat number, how many contributions they have paid. Posts sit in the same kind of card — write something for the circle, reply, repost. Circle updates stay separate: joins, contributions, payouts. Chat does not drown the ledger, and the ledger does not pretend to be chat.

That split is the Accra version of “keep the group chat, but put the money where everyone can see it.”

Contribution levels themselves sit in a carousel of chips: ₵10, ₵20, ₵50 and up. The amount on this Curve is marked. You can see what you have already reached and what a later circle might ask.
