Dancehall artiste and CEO of Bhim Nation, Livingstone Etse Satekla, better known by his stage name Stonebwoy, is on a warpath with arguably the biggest online news portal in Ghana, Ghanaweb.

In a Twitter post today, the Baafira hitmaker slammed the online news portal calling their action “wickedness”. An obviously unhappy Stonebwoy said he sometimes regret representing Ghana when he looks at the media landscape and the kind of reports the media write about artists.

He ended by taking refuge in the law and said: “we might resort to it”.

Sometimes I wonder why so much WICKEDNESS in our Country.. FALSE reportage Gives Us So Much JOY!! like I see these Things and Im pushed to regret Representing For this same Flag 🇬🇭. When All they want is TO SEE US FAIL.. anyway the LAW works and we might resort to it! pic.twitter.com/Uc700qGV40

Reactions from fans were mixed with some calling on him to “focus on his craft” while others calling on him to not allow the media to take his “humility” for granted.

Don’t give haters attention, they need that to thrive. Focus on being you… and amplify the love your fans give you, trust me that’s all you need to get positive energy.

We are still waiting to see what Stonebwoy will do next about news portals, tabloids, and blogs that portray him in an unfavourable light.

We could not get to Stonebwoy or his management for comments on this story.
