Role Model Africa is putting together another workshop that promises to be eye-opening and educative. The Workshop will attract stakeholders from various parts of the country to grant individuals and organizations a clear road map to increase their sales and meet their targets. 

Role Model Africa has identified the need for businesses to maximize their sales in these times to stay relevant in their competitive fields. Hence, the importance of the Sales Success Workshop. The sessions will be appropriate for Sales Professionals, Brand & Marketing Personnel, Territorial Managers, Account managers and Social Media Managers.

The Workshop will take place on Thursday, 31st of March from 9 am to 4 pm at the Airport West Hotel.

The four thematic areas of focus are; Sales Management, Customer Profiling, Client Acquisition and Digital Sales. 

Sales Management: What is sales and what is not? The ability to put together and successfully get your product not just fixed in a consumer’s mind but make it the first option in a world of variety is imperative. The module also covers how the sales team can adapt to changing trends, remain dynamic, master territorial sales and manage account systems of clients.

Customer Behavior & Profiling: Businesses need to understand consumer behaviour and how it is constantly changing based on their needs, wants and expectations. This module seeks to help identify the kind of people who would draw to products and target them for maximum sales. 

Client Acquisition: Networking to establish contact with new and potential clients is essential to sales. You should be known for what you sell. Be the go-to person for a particular product. Importantly, businesses need to understand how to expand their client base by creatively adopting strategies to win new clients frequently.

Digital Sales: Businesses need to effectively optimize both new and pre-existing digital platforms by applying different strategies suited for each to make more sales. What makes one company more visible than the other? What makes one company get bombarded with orders whiles the other hardly receives any messages? This module teaches you how to amass sales among the online community, increase your interaction with followers on your various social media platforms and make your product top of mind through effective SEO’s

The professionals with vast knowledge in these fields to facilitate this essential Workshop are Petra Aba Asamoah and Bernard Kelvin Clive.

Bernard Kelvin Clive is the person to coach you on branding and digital media. The trainer is recognized as one of the “Apostles of the New Economy” by Springboard Virtual University. He is a globally-celebrated personal branding coach whose podcasts are mainly in Ghana, Botswana, the UK, and the USA. His business and career podcasts are ranked number 1 in Ghana and Botswana. His ideas and perspectives on branding and digital media are touted as unconventional and revolutionary, winning many admirers, including Seth Godin.

Petra Aba Asamoah is a consummate salesperson. She is a marketing practitioner who has gathered experience from frontline sales supervision to the executive level of strategy in sales, marketing management, business development and customer service. Petra is a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK member; teaches marketing part-time. She is the Head of Sales & Marketing of Akosombo Textiles, a leading Ghanaian textile company. She is also the author of the sales book SALES 101.
