The “Business Strategy Forum (BSF)” is an event set to take place on the 27-28th October 2022 from 9 am – 5 pm each day at the Holiday Inn hotel in Accra. The event aims to provide stakeholders from diverse economic sectors with a platform to discuss and expound on clear road maps to navigate the turbulent market.
The program seeks to connect stakeholders in local markets through an in-person conference. To guarantee that participating managers, supervisors, and middle-level staff members gain practical experience from the forum, sessions will be created with engaging and useful content that would increase the learning and absorption rate.
The focus of this year’s BSF is: “Gaining a Competitive Advantage in an Unstable Market.”
The areas of focus for the forum are highlighted below;
“Digital and functional leadership”– Leadership in the contemporary global market cannot be attained without a strong exhibition of leadership in the digital space. This session will highlight the need for businesses to explore digital platforms to accelerate growth.
“Resilience Advantage”– It is expedient for organizations to plan for change which consequently causes stress and strain on business variables including your financials and employees. The business’s ability to effectively plan for and navigate successfully in real-time and recover from difficult situations and stressful experiences in a way that allows them to learn and develop is what makes them stand out.
“Corporate Communication Strategy”- It is necessary for every organization to have an appropriate style of communication that is established and inculcated in every team member because this plays a critical role in your brand. This framework breaks down the nuances of corporate communication strategies and how to use them to your advantage.
To allow industry players to have an interactive discussion with the participants, the “People Management and Business Growth” session would have a panel. Bad people management can lead to poor productivity and the collapse of the company if care is not taken. This is why companies need a set of practices that will encompass end-to-end talent acquisition, talent optimization, and talent retention while providing continued support for the employees.
