According to a Turkish man at Hatay where Christian Atsu plied his trade as a football player prior to last week’s devastating earthquake, thermal cameras were used to observe the Renaissance Home, which houses football player Christian Atsu and Hatayspor Sporting Director Taner Savut and rescuers heard three distinct noises. Miners entered after hearing the sound and the work equipment was stopped.

Authorities were able to immediately analyze the earthquake damage thanks to the use of thermal cameras, which may lead to the further rescue of people trapped under the rubble.

Thermal cameras were recently used to observe Christian Atsu, Hatayspor Sporting Director Taner Savut, and other occupants of the Renaissance home in Turkey to see if they were still alive and it seems there are still people alive under the rubble.
