The third edition of the Business Strategy Forum is set to take place on the 6th of October 2023 at the Holiday Inn Hotel at Airport City, Accra. The annual event seeks to connect stakeholders from international and local markets in a one-day in-person conference.

This year’s event builds on impactful sessions over the years with particularly engaging, meaningful, and thought-provoking conversations with useful and timely content.

The event focuses on four thematic areas namely; Leadership, People Management, Business Development, and Digital Marketing with experienced, high-profile resource persons leading the conversations.

The areas of focus for the forum are:

“Leadership”– The focus of this session is on Creating a Winning Team. This session will highlight the ingredients businesses need to create teams that secure deals and win.

“Business Development”– In today’s ever-changing world, having a business idea is not enough. One must know how to effectively execute that plan so it swings in motion. The session is centered on entrepreneurship and hacks that have been tried and tested over time.

“Digital Marketing”- The success of a business in today’s world is based on many factors. Prominent amongst them in recent times is digital marketing. This session concentrates on the digital skills and tools businesses must know, master, and leverage to get the best output.

To allow industry players to have an interactive discussion with the participants, the “People Management” session would have a panel. Bad people management can lead to poor productivity and the collapse of the company if care is not taken. This is why companies need a set of practices that will encompass end-to-end talent acquisition, talent optimization, and talent retention while providing continued support for the employees.

The one-day forum will be steered by many capable resource people including Captain Prince Kofi Amoabeng (RTD). The man behind the household name; UT Bank. President of UT Holdings, an Investment Consultant, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-UK), and a member of Chartered Accountants CA (GH). A retired Captain of the Ghana Armed Forces, this colossal changed the landscape of banking in Ghana.
