Ingredients for meat and marinade:
- 1 pound of flank steak/beef ( sliced thin against grain)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil ( 1 TBSP for marinade, rest for stir fry)
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 egg
Ingredients for stir fry (vegetables):
- 1 Serrano chili sliced thinly
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 thumb size ginger sliced thinly
- 1 carrot
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup red cabbage
- 1/3 red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt to season appropriately.
