NAIF through a competitive tender exercise is looking to contract an external entity (fund manager) to manage the fund management operations of a US$ 10million fund.

Submission of Proposals
Interested Fund Managers can email their Expression of Interest/Proposals by midnight of 30th April 2020 to [email protected] or [email protected] or [email protected]
Proposals should be structured as follows:
- Brief Profile of the company
- Regulatory certifications of the company in its jurisdiction relating to fund management
- Past fund management experience and performance of fund management (emphasis on SME oriented funds within the sub-Saharan region)
- Profiles of key management team members and other key staff who are likely to work within the NAIF
- Proposed an organogram for the fund management operations division of the fund.
