Nations FC have appointed experienced Croatian coach Zdravko Logarusic as their new head coach ahead of the 2026/27 Division One League season.
The club announced the appointment on Monday, entrusting the veteran tactician with the task of leading the side’s bid to secure an immediate return to the Ghana Premier League following relegation.
Logarusic replaces Frimpong Manso and arrives with more than 20 years of coaching experience, having managed clubs and national teams across Africa, Europe and Asia.
His wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of Ghanaian football are expected to strengthen the club’s technical setup.
The Croatian is well acquainted with the Ghanaian game, having previously taken charge of King Faisal, Asante Kotoko and AshantiGold. His familiarity with the local football landscape is seen as a key asset as Nations FC seek to rebuild following last season’s relegation.
At the international level, Logarusic has also coached the national teams of Sudan and Zimbabwe, bringing extensive experience from both club and international football.
Nations FC believe the appointment underlines their commitment to building a competitive squad capable of challenging for promotion.
