Former Member of Parliament for Tema East, Titus-Glover, has begun his nationwide campaign for the National Organiser position of Ghana’s governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), starting from his home region of Greater Accra.

Titus-Glover officially launched his campaign on 27 July, with a two-day tour of the region, where he engaged executives from the party’s 34 constituencies.

The campaign forms part of his broader effort to secure support from delegates ahead of the NPP’s internal elections.

Addressing party executives, Titus-Glover outlined his vision for strengthening the party’s grassroots structures, improving mobilisation strategies and positioning the NPP for victory in the 2028 general elections.

He pledged to lead the party’s organisational wing with what he described as strategy, commitment, dedication and service.

“His message focused on party reorganisation, effective grassroots mobilisation and victory for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and the NPP in 2028,” a statement from his campaign team said.

The constituency executives who met the former lawmaker expressed support for his bid and promised to promote his message across the party’s structures.

Titus-Glover is among several NPP members seeking the National Organiser role as the party prepares for its internal elections and begins efforts to rebuild its structures ahead of the next national election.
