Nigerian fashion influencer and content creator Diana Eneje has announced her engagement to Lagos-based businessman Pascal Godwin.

The 24-year-old influencer shared the news on social media on Friday, 21 August, posting photos from the romantic proposal and describing her fiancé as “my forever.”

The proposal took place in Cape Town, South Africa, where Godwin got down on one knee against a scenic outdoor setting featuring vineyards and mountain views.

The setup included illuminated letters spelling “WILL YOU MARRY ME”, white balloons, flowers and candles, while colourful smoke cannons added to the celebration.

Eneje, who has built a strong following through fashion, beauty and lifestyle content, appeared at the proposal in a brown strapless floor-length gown, with blonde braids styled in an updo.

Godwin presented her with a marquise-cut diamond engagement ring before the couple celebrated the milestone together.

The engagement follows years of speculation about Eneje’s love life, with the influencer largely keeping her relationship private.

She previously attracted public attention after appearing in Nigerian singer Rema’s “Dumebi” music video, although she dismissed speculation that the two were romantically involved, describing Rema as a friend.

Eneje’s engagement announcement has since drawn congratulatory messages from fans and followers as she begins a new chapter with Godwin.

Details about their wedding plans have not yet been announced.
